Cancellation & Refund Policy

Wednesday Sale India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its sole
discretion. Order confirmation by email or other communication does not guarantee acceptance
of the order. Orders are considered accepted only after shipment of the product.

We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, incorrect information, stock issues, or verification
concerns. In such cases, any amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by:

• Using the “Cancel Order” option in the My Account section, or
• Sending a cancellation request from the registered email address to support@wednesdaysale.in with the order details and reason for cancellation.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after deducting 2% of the order value towards
banking and transaction charges. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.

After Shipment but Before Delivery

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests must be sent to support@wednesdaysale.in from the registered email address.

Customers are requested not to accept delivery if the shipment has already been dispatched.

Refunds for shipped orders or refused deliveries will be processed after deducting 2% of the total
transaction value towards banking, shipping, and transaction charges.

Refund Processing Time

Once a cancellation request is approved, it may take 1–2 business days to initiate the cancellation
and refund process.

For prepaid orders:

• Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 48 business hours after
  approval or receipt of returned products.
• Banks may take an additional 7–10 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements will be considered only for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items delivered

Products must be returned and verified at our warehouse before refunds or replacements are
approved.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For COD orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer after receiving:

• Account Holder Name
• Bank Name
• Account Number
• IFSC Code
• Order Number

COD refunds are initiated within 48 business hours after product verification and may take 5–7
business days to reflect in your account.

Free Gifts

Any free gifts received with the order must also be returned in unused and original condition
when requesting cancellation or refund.
