We currently provide delivery services across India (Pan India).
Delivery availability may vary depending on serviceability of the destination PIN code and logistics partner
coverage. Updates regarding delivery availability will be reflected on our website.

Delivery Charges

Chennai Deliveries

We offer free delivery within Chennai for residential, commercial, and business locations.

Outside Chennai

Deliveries outside Chennai are available at additional charges based on:

Delivery location
Distance
Product size and weight
Courier or transport method
Handling requirements

Applicable delivery charges will be communicated before dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are generally delivered within:

  • 2 working days – Chennai deliveries
  • 4 working days – Other serviceable locations

Delivery timelines are subject to:

  • Successful payment confirmation
  • Product availability
  • Logistics and transportation conditions

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Multiple Products & Shipping Address

All products in a single order will be shipped to one delivery address only. Customers wishing to ship products
to multiple addresses must place separate orders.

Delivery Process

Before dispatch, all products undergo quality inspection and secure packaging.

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer
unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.

Invoices will be included with the shipment, and a soft copy will be emailed after successful delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details and courier information will be shared via email and/or SMS.

Customers can track their shipment approximately 24 hours after dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:
A damaged product, or
A product different from your order,

please contact us immediately. Eligible products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Serviceability Check

Delivery availability for your location can be checked using the “Check Availability” option on the product
page by entering your PIN code.
